Description:

I. In accordance with the National Tainan University's letter No. Nanda Guoyu Zi No. 1080004027 dated March 12, 2019.

II. The seminar proposes the following sub-topics. Submissions of relevant lesson plans or papers are welcome:

(I) Examples of core competency-oriented teaching for local languages.

(II) Examples of immersive teaching for local languages.

(III) Examples of cross-disciplinary teaching for local languages.

(IV) Discussion and practice of core competency-oriented teaching strategies for local languages in the 12-year basic education system.

III. Registration Method:

(I) Submission Deadline: From now until Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

(II) Submission Method:

Please send the lesson plan or paper (including the registration form) via email to chucc@mail.nutn.edu.tw, to Mr. CHU Ching-chang, Assistant of the Local Language Group, Central Teaching and Guidance Consulting Team, Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Contact number: (06) 2133111 ext. 624. Please indicate "2018 Academic Year Local Language Seminar Call for Papers, Submitter's Name and Contact Information" in the email subject line.

2. Please mail the authorization form to: Mr. CHU Ching-chang, Department of Chinese Literature, National Tainan University, No. 33, Sec. 2, Shulin St., Zhongxi Dist., Tainan City 70005.

IV. Seminar Date and Location: Friday, May 31, 2019, at the Fucheng Campus of National Tainan University.

V. This bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave for participants to attend the seminar.
