To inform you that the Taipei City Government Department of Education has commissioned Taipei Nangang Elementary School to organize the "108th International Primary and Secondary School Creative English Speech Contest Implementation Plan" revision of the preliminary and final round dates. Please take note.

Description:
I. In accordance with Nanhu Elementary School's letter No.北市南湖小教資字第1086001717 dated March 18, 2019, and this Bureau's letter No.桃教中字第1070108999 dated December 21, 2018, proceed with the matter.
II. The final round of the aforementioned plan has been postponed. Please upload the competition video to the system website by 9:00 AM on April 1, 2019.
