2019Yilan Green Expo Information

  1. Foreword:

The "Yilan Green Expo" has always been a major seasonal event in Yilan County, combining ecology, leisure, and education in an interactive agricultural experience park. It attracts approximately400,000to500,000visitors annually. By 2018, it had accumulated over6.7 millionvisits. Furthermore, at the end of2012, it received a Gold Award in the Socio-Economic category at the International Liveable Communities Conference.Event Venue Introduction:Dongshan River Ecological Green Park is located at the confluence of the Dongshan River, Anpingkeng Stream, and Dayuan Drainage, covering an area of approximately

    hectares. The park, separated by the Dongshan River and the Yilan section of the Taiwan Railways Administration's Yilan Line, serves as Yilan's ecological education base and a new highlight for ecological leisure tourism. It is rich in aquatic ecosystems, with lush forests offering a bird's-eye view, resembling a green boat floating on emerald waters. From the highest point, one can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding picturesque countryside and riverbanks. By integrating with Dongshan Old Street and the Yilan Green Expo, it aims to achieve a "production," "living," and "ecology" integrated environment.Green Expo Event Content:(1) Event Dates: March 30 to May 12, 2019, for a total of 44 days.

  2. (2) Event Location: Dongshan River Ecological Green Park, under and around the Dongshan Train Station, and surrounding farmlands.

(3) Event Content: Integrating the existing areas of the Ecological Green Park with surrounding farmlands, 9 major themed exhibition areas are planned, including:Satoyama Living: Showcasing the concept of Satoyama villages and promoting the idea of sustainable circular utilization.Multicultural Area: Promoting and displaying the use of domestic wood and bamboo materials, combined with indigenous traditional art creation, DIY activities, and promotion of new immigrant cultures.Energy-Saving Powerhouse: Conveying issues of climate change and carbon reduction to the public through a circular theater, interactive multimedia, and workshops, providing environmental education knowledge.Agricultural Experiment School: Planting seasonal fruits and vegetables from Yilan using natural organic farming methods, showcasing carefully selected local crops and rural life.Rice Planting Exhibition Area: Cultivating various types of rice to showcase the beauty of Yilan's rural rice paddies and help visitors gain a deeper understanding of rice cultivation.Agri-tourism Station: Establishing characteristic markets for recreational areas and enhancing their image. By integrating with tour planning, it aims to drive visitors to experience the recreational areas, achieving the goals of sustainable land use and local creation.Good Food Grocery Store: Promoting carefully selected local brands from Yilan and rural regeneration communities.

Environmental Actions on the Dining Table: Gradually introducing in-depth environmental education through local dishes.Ocean Classroom: Promoting marine sustainability and introducing Yilan's fisheries.Discount Information:Discount Price: NT$50 per ticket (original price NT$80).

Eligible for Discount: Schools nationwide (excluding Open University and cram schools) visiting for outdoor education as a class, department, or grade level, with a minimum of 20 people per group.Discount Restrictions: The discounted tickets are for students. Accompanying teachers and administrative staff may receive free admission after applying and confirmation. (Parents and volunteers are not included).Discount Method: Schools should submit the pre-order form to the organizing committee by May 12, 2019 (Sunday), or send an official letter to inform the committee of the planned visit date and number of attendees.Ticket Purchase Method: Schools should bring the committee's confirmation letter to the park's ticket office on the day of the visit to purchase physical tickets as needed. The committee does not provide advance payment or mail delivery services.

Discounted tickets, once sold by the committee, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Free Admission: Children under 115 cm in height, or those under 7 years old (born on or after March 30, 2012), need to present proof of age upon entry.Individuals with disabilities and one essential caregiver will receive free admission upon presentation of their respective documentation.

  2. 多元民族文化區:國產木竹製材利用推廣與展示,結合原住民傳統藝術創作、DIY及新住民文化推廣。

  3. 節能電堡:透過環形劇場、多媒體互動及工作坊等,傳達給民眾氣候變遷與節能減碳之議題,提供環境教育知識。

  4. 農業實驗學校:種植宜蘭在地當季蔬果、作物、使用自然有機方式農作,展示宜蘭在地嚴選作物與農村風情。

  5. 種稻展示區:種植多樣稻作,透過鄉村綿延稻景的呈現,讓民眾更加認識宜蘭農村稻作之美。

  6. 農遊驛站:建立休區特色市集並提升休區特色與形象,並結合遊程規劃將帶動人潮至休區體驗,以達永續土地與地方創生之目標。

  7. 好食光雜貨店:推廣宜蘭在地嚴選品牌、農村再生社區。

  8. 餐桌上的環境行動:運用在地餐桌菜餚逐步帶入深化的環境教育。

  9. 海洋小學堂:推廣海洋永續保育與宜蘭漁業介紹。

  1. 優惠價格:50/(原價80)

  2. 優惠對象:全國學校(不含空中大學及補習班),於綠博期間以班級、系所或學年為單位進行戶外教學參訪,每批次20人或以上。

  3. 優惠限制:票券適用對象為學生,陪同老師及行政人員經申請確認後可享

    免費入園優惠。(不含家長及志工)

  4. 優惠方式:由學校或系所於108512()前回傳預購表單,或以

    正式公文函復告知本會預計入園時間及入園人數等相關資訊。

  5. 購票方式:由學校於參訪當日持本會回函至園區售票處依所需數量購買實

    體票券,本會不提供預先匯款及郵寄運送等服務。

  6. 優惠票券經本會售出後不予退換票。

  7. 可免費入園者:

  1. 身高115公分以下,或未滿7足歲【2012(民國101)330()以後出生】孩童,入園時需出示證明文件。

  2. 領有身心障礙手冊者及必要陪伴者一名,入園時需出示該證。
