Description:

I. In accordance with the Bureau's letters of January 18, 108 (2019), No. Taoyuan Education Middle Character No. 1080003956, and January 29, 108 (2019), No. Taoyuan Education Middle Character No. 1080009614.

II. To enhance the English proficiency of students in public elementary and junior high schools in this city, an achievement presentation will be held specifically for students' English performance. The achievement presentation will be planned and organized through static poster exhibitions, English performance shows, and interactive game experiences.

III. The aforementioned plan is jointly planned by the foreign teacher service schools in this city (24 junior high schools, 32 elementary schools) and foreign teachers (25 in junior high schools, 27 in elementary schools). The purpose is to increase students' cultural stimulation, broaden their international horizons, and provide another stage for learning and showcasing their talents, thereby increasing opportunities for mutual observation and learning among schools.

IV. The details of the aforementioned achievement exhibition are as follows:

(I) Time: Saturday, April 13, 108 (2019), from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

(II) Location: Xinpu Elementary School, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City (No. 36, Lane 208, Jingguo Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330).

V. Other schools wishing to participate in the achievement exhibition (non-foreign teacher service schools) are requested to report the number of participating teachers, students, and parents to Director Cai Wanchun of Xinpu Elementary School (Contact number: 03-3162972 ext. 210) to facilitate the tracking of participation from each school. Considering the large number of vehicles, this case has coordinated with the neighboring school (Jingguo Junior High School) to open its parking lot (until full). Please carpool or use public transportation as much as possible. Additionally, the entrance of Xinpu Elementary School will be subject to traffic control on the day of the event. Lane 208, Jingguo Road, has no U-turn space, so please avoid driving into it to facilitate the event.

VI. The Bureau agrees that teachers leading teams and relevant staff from schools under this Bureau may register for official (duty) leave on that day and may take compensatory leave within one year after the event, subject to the principle of self-managed class arrangements.
