When multiple insured persons are eligible to claim the funeral allowance for dependents under the Civil Service and Government Employees Insurance Act, they shall negotiate and designate one person to claim it. Effective immediately, these insured persons shall jointly submit a "Letter of Agreement for Claiming Dependent Funeral Allowance by Insured Persons of Civil Service and Government Employees Insurance" to the designated claimant for processing the claim.
