The conference participants are from departments and units related to education, business administration, etc. The call for papers information is as follows: (I) Date: Saturday, November 30, 2019. (II) Venue: International Conference Hall, B1, Zhishan Building, National Taipei University of Education. (III) Submission is in two stages: abstract and full paper, with the following deadlines: 1. First stage (abstract): Sunday, June 30, 2019. 2. Second stage (full paper): By Thursday, October 31, 2019. (IV) The conference accepts submissions in two stages: abstract review (first stage) and full paper (second stage). After the abstract is reviewed and accepted by the conference, the submission will proceed to the second stage for the full paper. III.
