I. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau dated April 29, 108 (2019), Document No. 1080035574.
II. The competition rules for the implementation plan are as follows:
(I) Participants and Eligibility:
1. The 30 schools in Taoyuan City that are implementing the Disaster Prevention Campus Basic Construction Plan in 108 (2019) must submit their entries.
2. Teachers and staff from senior high schools, vocational high schools, and junior high schools in this city who are willing to participate.
(II) Competition Regulations: The number of participants per lesson plan is limited to 4 (must be from the same school). The theme and content of the work must comply with disaster prevention education-related topics, applicable to grades 1-9 (optional) or grades 1-3 of senior high school. The teaching time design must be at least 4 class periods.
(III) Submission Deadline: Before 4:00 PM on September 27, 108 (2019) (Friday). Please send directly to Director Xu Lianghuan, Academic Affairs Office, Kejian Elementary School (for registered mail, the postmark date will prevail).
(IV) Awards:
1. Two (2) "Special Excellence" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 commendation, 0.1 points for publication, and a manuscript fee of NT$5,000 per entry (NT$1,000 per thousand characters, up to NT$5,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
2. Three (3) "Excellent" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 points for publication, and a manuscript fee of NT$3,750 per entry (NT$750 per thousand characters, up to NT$3,750; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
3. Five (5) "Good" awards: Each recipient will receive 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 points for publication, and a manuscript fee of NT$3,000 per entry (NT$600 per thousand characters, up to NT$3,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count).
4. For award-winning works co-authored by two or more individuals, the manuscript fee and publication points will be divided equally among the authors based on the number of authors.
