I. To implement the national environmental education program and align with the learning plans of the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines that integrate environmental education topics, and to promote the practice of school environmental education actions, fostering students' ability to discover and solve environmental problems, this competition is hereby organized.

II. The key points of the competition are as follows:

(I) Participants: Upper elementary school group (5th and 6th graders), Junior high school group (1st to 3rd graders).

(II) Practical competition format: Divided into practical action group and physical project group.

(III) Review method: The Ministry of Education will form a review committee for evaluation, divided into preliminary and final review stages. The preliminary review will select 10 groups from each participating group based on the competition format to enter the final review. The top 3 winners will be awarded outstanding achievement certificates and bonuses, along with 3 honorable mentions and several selected entries receiving certificates.

(IV) Schedule: Preliminary review registration is from October 1 to November 15, 108 (2019), conducted through written review. The final review is scheduled for March 109 (2020), conducted through oral performance reports.
