Service certificate from the current school, detailing concurrent positions and periods, and noting any unpaid leave.(Issued by the Personnel Office)(3.Teacher performance evaluation notice.

5.For those on unpaid leave, the city government's approval letter for the unpaid leave application and return to work should be attached.

6.Commendation orders, awards.

7.Training records: "Personal Training Hours List" from the Taoyuan City Teacher Professional Development System, "Ministry of Education Special Education Training Records," "National Teacher In-service Training Information Network Teacher Training Records," and digital learning hours from other education authorities such as the Civil Service E-Learning College, Community Colleges, and Public Servant Lifelong Learning Passports, with completed endorsements.
