2. The aforementioned course integrates the principles of "Dong Chan" (Moving Meditation) through guided meditation concepts and practical exercises. It aims to help teachers achieve inner peace and stability, enabling them to guide students in managing academic and interpersonal pressures. Participants will learn to master the principles and methods for self-soothing and relaxation, thereby positively influencing peers and fostering a harmonious and collaborative campus atmosphere.

3. Course Schedule: August 21, 2019 (Wednesday) 9:30 AM to August 22, 2019 (Thursday) 4:00 PM. This course has been approved for 16 hours of professional development.

4. Course Location: Dharma Drum Institute of Liberal Arts (No. 700, Fagu Road, Xihu Village, Jinshan District, New Taipei City).

5. Instructors: Consultant Chen Wu-Hsiung (Consultant for Dharma Drum Mountain's Eight Movements of Dong Chan, Chairman of the Chinese Association for Lighting Up Life Education).

6. Course Fee: Free. Participants are welcome to offer voluntary contributions.
