To inform all civil servant colleagues of our school, if you are interested in serving as a proctor for the 108th Civil Service Examination in the Taoyuan examination area, please obtain consent from your direct supervisor and submit the application form to the Human Resources Office by June 12th.

Details:

1. The 108th Civil Service Examination (Ordinary Examination) is scheduled to be held from July 5th to July 6th, 108, and the Higher Civil Service Examination (Level 3) is scheduled to be held from July 7th to July 9th, 108. The examination will utilize Neili Senior High School and Taoyuan Senior High School as examination sites.

2. When filling out the form, you must select your preferred examination site and examination level (choose one site and one examination level). If selected and appointed by the Taoyuan City Government, you must participate in all examination duties (if you choose the Ordinary Examination, you must attend on both July 5th and 6th; if you choose the Higher Examination Level 3, you must attend from July 7th to 9th).

3. Personnel recommended by each agency and school will still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government according to the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Proctoring Personnel." Those who meet the appointment criteria will be notified by letter. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold a national examination proctor identification card or have prior experience as a national examination proctor.

4. Personnel appointed to participate in examination duties will be granted official leave for the duration of their service and will be paid a daily proctoring fee. No make-up leave will be granted.

5. Additionally, each examination site has limited parking spaces. Proctors are encouraged to use public transportation.
