Description:

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (4) Zi No. 1080010439 dated January 18, 108, and the Taichung City Government Education Bureau's letter No. Zhong Shi Jiao Ke Zi No. 10800492131 dated June 5, 108.

2. To promote the use of the optimized single sign-on platform for the education system, enabling comprehensive collaboration between IT teachers and teachers in various fields for digital teaching, and to encourage teachers and students to habitually use the education system's single sign-on to access various application services, the Ministry of Education is holding the promotional briefing session as mentioned above.

3. The information for the promotional briefing session is summarized as follows:

(1) Activity time: A total of 6 sessions will be held. Please choose one session to attend. Registration will close at 5 PM the day before each session. No further registration will be accepted once capacity is reached.

(2) Activity sessions:

1. Session 1: August 6, 108 (Tuesday), 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

2. Session 2: August 7, 108 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

3. Session 3: August 14, 108 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

(3) Activity location: Taoyuan City Government Family Education Center (2nd Floor Audiovisual Classroom, No. 1 Juguang Street, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City), with a capacity of 100 people.

(4) Target audience: Principals, directors, or teachers of all subjects from all levels of schools in Taoyuan City who are interested in digital teaching.

(5) Registration method: Please register by logging in to the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal (website: https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx). Organizer: Information and Education Division.

4. This course will use employee cards (Taoyuan Card), ID cards, or registration confirmation slips for check-in. Please inform participants to bring their employee cards and attend on time. Schools are requested to grant participants official (business) leave under the principle of self-managed leave. Participants who attend the entire session will receive 3 hours of learning credit. In addition, to comply with environmental protection policies, participants are requested to bring their own reusable cups.
