Description:

I. In accordance with the National Taiwan Museum of History's letter No. 1083001646 dated July 23, 2019.

II. To continuously provide visitors with a better exhibition environment and service quality, the museum has scheduled renovations for the permanent exhibition and children's hall from November 4, 2019, to July 6, 2020. The aforementioned renovation area will be completely closed during this period (except for November 4-8, 2019, and May 18 to July 6, 2020). Additionally, new special exhibition activities will be held in the museum's Lakeside Classroom and Learning Center, continuing to offer guided tours and educational outreach services to visitors.

III. The special exhibition activities will be held from November 9, 2019, to May 17, 2020. The opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (open on national holidays, closed the following day). The museum will be closed on Mondays, Lunar New Year's Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year, days when government-announced natural disasters cause work suspension, and other necessary closure days announced by the museum.
