I. Purpose of the Activity: In response to the social and environmental care in the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines, which include environmental protection and sustainability issues, design practical teaching activities that meet campus plastic reduction promotion. Combine the design of teaching plans for plastic reduction education and promotion in primary and secondary schools, rooted in school education, to cultivate a new generation of young environmental citizens and compile an effective plastic reduction promotion teaching plan manual. This will provide more opportunities for exchange in educational practice, and be paired with the "I Can, I Don't Use Plastic 3.0" plastic reduction competition to jointly promote environmental education, create a friendly environment, and build a happy living network that values sustainable consumption for the co-construction of life and the maintenance of ecology.

II. Eligibility for Teaching Plan Submission: Anyone who meets any of the following criteria can participate: (I) Teachers from all levels of schools, including full-time teachers, substitute teachers, part-time teachers, and intern teachers. (II) University or graduate students from teacher education institutions in elementary or secondary education programs. (III) Educators with practical teaching experience in the field, leading related club activities or camps. (IV) Those interested in plastic reduction and environmental education.

Competition Schedule: (I) Online submission deadline: October 20, 2019 (II) Results announcement: November 12, 2019 (III) Exhibition date: Tentatively scheduled for November 23, 2019 (Winners of the "Teaching Without Plastic - Plastic Reduction and Sustainable Consumption" Teaching Activity Design will receive awards on this day.
