Description:

I. In accordance with the letter of the Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Hakka Affairs Council") dated September 5, 108 (2019), reference number Hakka Affairs Council General Affairs No. 1086001322.

II. To commend individuals who have made outstanding contributions to Hakka affairs, please enthusiastically recommend individuals from your school who meet the circumstances described in Article 2 of the aforementioned regulations.

III. If you have suitable candidates for recommendation, please submit them to the Hakka Affairs Council by mail before September 20, 108 (2019) (Friday). After review and approval by the Hakka Affairs Council, the awards are scheduled to be presented in November 108 (2019) through a public ceremony. Subsequently, any other suitable recommended individuals may be submitted for award at any time.
