To inform you that the National Taiwan Ocean University, commissioned by the Marine Conservation Department of the Ocean Affairs Council, will organize the second session of the 108th year "Sea Turtle Conservation Promotion Conference and Rescue Treatment Education and Training" syllabus.

I. The details of this case activity are as follows:
(I) Sea Turtle Conservation Education Seminar:
1. Target audience: Fishermen and the general public.
2. Location/Date: Wanli District Fishermen's Association, New Taipei City / September 26 (Thursday).
(II) Sea Turtle Rescue and Treatment Education Training:
1. Target audience: Personnel from the Coast Guard Administration and its affiliated units, as well as relevant colleagues from various county and city governments.
2. Location/Date: National Taiwan Ocean University / September 23 (Monday).
