歡迎同仁踴躍運用「行政中立電子書」（http://www.csptc.gov.tw/neutrality/），閱讀電子書並用手機掃描電子書所附活動條碼後可連結至國家文官學院粉絲專頁，完成留言即可參加抽獎活動；
或至「e等公務園+學習平臺」完成「公務人員行政中立法與實務」課程，經線上成績評量達90分以上者，即可參加個人獎宣導品抽獎；各機關如有15人以上完成上開行政中立數位課程者，亦可參加團體獎宣導品抽獎(如附件)。
