2019 9th Yageo Foundation "Love Makes the World Go Round - Children and Youth Public Welfare Action" Selection Guidelines

I.King Car Cultural and Educational FoundationSince 2011, the King Car Cultural and Educational Foundation has been organizing the "Love Moves the World - Children and Youth Public Welfare Action" selection. Over 8 years, more than 7,000 students from all over Taiwan have actively participated. Through the STAGE action steps, children are brought onto the world stage to learn how to identify problems, take action, show compassion, and achieve personal growth.
II. "Love Moves the World - Children and Youth Public Welfare Action" Selection Information
(I) Participants: Students from elementary, junior high, and high schools. Teams should consist of 3 to 20 members, and can be registered by class, community, or family unit.
(II) Public welfare actions completed between March 1, 2019, and February 28, 2020, are eligible for selection.
(III) Submission Deadline: Applications, along with results tables and photos or videos, must be submitted by February 28, 2020 (Friday).
(IV) Awards:
Excellence Award: Scholarship of NT$10,000/Certificate of Merit. The supervising teacher of the Excellence Award team will receive an overseas exchange opportunity.
Honorable Mention: Scholarship of NT$5,000/Certificate of Merit.
(The number of awards may be adjusted based on the total number of submissions. There will be at least 10 groups for each award category. The King Car Cultural and Educational Foundation reserves the right to modify the awards.)
