| IV. | Participants: 60 slots available for teachers, special education assistants, and parents in this city. |
| V. | Seminar Time: November 13, 108 (Year of the Rooster), from 13:00 to 16:00, for a total of 3 hours. |
| VI. | Seminar Lecturer: Teacher Qiu Jianing from Nanliao Elementary School, Hsinchu City. |
| VII. | Registration Method: Please register by November 13, 108 (Wednesday) on the National Special Education Information Network (http://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php) - click on Query - log in with your city (Taoyuan City) - Activity Name (Play to Learn) - (Zhongzheng Elementary School). |
| VIII. | Participants who attend the entire seminar will receive 3 hours of seminar credit. Teachers in this city are requested to be granted official leave (business trip) registration, provided it does not interfere with their teaching duties and they do not claim substitute teacher fees. |
