2. To enhance the leadership literacy of principals, directors, and teachers nationwide, the Chinese Taipei Association of Principals is organizing the "Principals and Seed Teachers 'Towards Education 4.0: Advancing Leadership Literacy' Workshop." The Taoyuan session is scheduled to be held at Longxing Junior High School in this city on November 15, 22, and 29, 108 (Republic of China calendar).

3. Registration: Please register through the Taoyuan City Teacher Training System (click on Gongpu Elementary School, Luzhu District). Contact person: Director Fang Ziwen, Office of Student Affairs, Gongpu Elementary School (Phone: 3243852 ext. 310).

4. This bureau agrees that principals and teachers from each school may attend the aforementioned workshop by registering as official (business) leave, provided that school affairs (curriculum) are appropriately arranged.

5. Attached is one copy of the implementation plan for the Taoyuan session of the "Principals and Seed Teachers 'Towards Education 4.0: Advancing Leadership Literacy' Workshop."
