Description:

1. In accordance with the letter from the Secretary-General of the Judicial Yuan, No. 1080032472, dated December 3, 2019.

2. The Judicial Yuan will hold a "Seed Teacher Training Camp for the National Participation in Criminal Cases Mock Trial Advancement into Campus Activity" on February 6-7, 2020. The purpose is to train seed teachers to conduct mock trials on campus. By participating in the preparation and practice of mock trials, teachers can provide feedback with their professional expertise, which will serve as a reference for the 2020 "National Participation in Criminal Cases System" campus promotion plan (application and activity periods for the aforementioned plan will be announced separately).

3. The details of this training camp are as follows:

(1) Training Period: From 1:30 PM on February 6, 2020 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on February 7, 2020 (Friday).

(2) Training Location: Judicial Academy (No. 103, Fu Guo Road, Shilin District, Taipei City).

(3) Judicial Academy Shuttle Bus Schedule and Location: Depart punctually at 1:10 PM on February 6, 2020, from Exit 1 of MRT Zhishan Station.

(4) Eligibility: Teachers employed in junior high schools, senior high schools, vocational high schools, and universities.

(5) Capacity: 70 participants. To facilitate subsequent waiting list operations, an additional 20 participants will be placed on the waiting list.

(6) Registration Method: Online registration. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register by clicking on "Judicial Academy Training Course Registration" on the homepage of the Judicial Academy website (or by entering http://tpireg.judicial.gov.tw/jasignup/signupsite/).

(7) Registration Period: From 9:00 AM on January 6, 2020 (Monday) to 5:00 PM on January 10, 2020 (Friday). The registration system will close early if the maximum number of participants is reached.

(8) Meals will be provided during the training period. Accommodation will be provided for participants from outside Taipei and New Taipei City.

4. The list of selected participants will be announced on the Judicial Yuan website before January 17, 2020, and will be individually notified by email by the Judicial Academy. No official dispatch document will be sent. To facilitate pre-course communication, please ensure you provide your correct email address and contact phone number during registration.

5. Upon completion of the training, the Judicial Academy will issue learning hour certifications based on attendance and upload them to the National Information Network for Teacher Professional Development.
