The 15th presidential and vice presidential election and the 10th legislative election are approaching. The 15th presidential and vice presidential election and the 10th legislative election are approaching. To maintain the school's image of administrative neutrality and demonstrate the government's determination to combat bribery, please refer to the following promotional materials for relevant matters.

Explanation:
1. The 15th presidential and vice presidential election and the 10th legislative election will be held on January 11, 109 (2020). School faculty and staff are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
(1) Inviting candidates to the school for speeches, forums, or other campaign events.
(2) Posting or distributing campaign materials such as posters, slogans, or flyers for candidates on campus.
(三)教職員工亦不得於上班或勤務時間,從事政黨或其他政治團體之活動;亦不得從事助選活動。下班後從事上開活動,亦應自我克制。
(4) Other campaign activities that violate campus neutrality and disrupt the peace of the campus learning environment.
(5) The "Promotional Materials for Administrative Neutrality of Civil Servants" compiled by the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel in July 107 (2018) can be used as a reference (see Attachment 1).

2. In addition, to deter vote-buying, purify election practices, and maintain fairness, impartiality, and justice in elections, in addition to the government demonstrating strengthened efforts to investigate bribery, it is essential for all citizens to join the anti-vote-buying campaign and bravely provide information on election irregularities. When suspicious vote-buying incidents are discovered, evidence should be collected using technological means such as mobile phone photos or audio/video recordings, and then reported to the Office of the Government Ethics of the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education (Ethics Office reporting hotline: 03-3387507) to eliminate illegal election practices. Examples of vote-buying are as follows:
(1) Tangible property that can be quantified in monetary terms:
1. Cash, gift certificates, gift boxes, prizes, daily necessities with economic value (e.g., electric rice cookers, electric kettles, etc.) are all included.
2. Regardless of the name used for the bribe: cash, checks, gift certificates, shopping vouchers, or other securities or gifts under the guise of "walking money," "tea money," "meal allowances," "elderly subsidies," or other names.
3. Regardless of the method of delivery: direct delivery, sponsorship of organizations, disguised as holidays, hosting events, or providing subsidies, gifts, bonuses, lucky draw prizes, etc.
(2) Other benefits: Other tangible or intangible benefits that can satisfy people's needs or desires, such as: hosting meals, banquets, tours, pilgrimage activities, providing free transportation for voters to return home, etc.
