1. The 15th presidential and vice presidential election and the 10th legislative election will be held on January 11, 109 (2020). School faculty and staff are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

(1) Inviting candidates to the school for speeches, forums, or other campaign events.

(2) Posting or distributing campaign materials such as posters, slogans, or flyers for candidates on campus.

When suspicious vote-buying incidents are discovered, evidence should be collected using technological means such as mobile phone photos or audio/video recordings, and then reported to the Office of the Government Ethics of the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education (Ethics Office reporting hotline: 03-3387507) to eliminate illegal election practices. Examples of vote-buying are as follows:

(1) Tangible property that can be quantified in monetary terms:

1. Cash, gift certificates, gift boxes, prizes, daily necessities with economic value (e.g., electric rice cookers, electric kettles, etc.) are all included.

2. Regardless of the name used for the bribe: cash, checks, gift certificates, shopping vouchers, or other securities or gifts under the guise of "walking money," "tea money," "meal allowances," "elderly subsidies," or other names.

3. Regardless of the method of delivery: direct delivery, sponsorship of organizations, disguised as holidays, hosting events, or providing subsidies, gifts, bonuses, lucky draw prizes, etc.

(2) Other benefits: Other tangible or intangible benefits that can satisfy people's needs or desires, such as: hosting meals, banquets, tours, pilgrimage activities, providing free transportation for voters to return home, etc.
