I. In accordance with the letter of the Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Hakka Affairs Council") dated December 18, 2019, No. 1086102266.

II. To encourage schools that have excelled in implementing and promoting Hakka language teaching, and to reward those who have achieved excellent results in promoting Hakka language and culture, the Hakka Affairs Council has formulated the "Implementation Plan for Rewarding Schools Promoting Hakka Language Teaching" in accordance with the "Regulations for Rewarding the Promotion of Hakka Language Teaching." In addition, to reward those who have achieved excellent results in promoting Hakka language and culture, the "Implementation Plan for Rewarding and Empowering Hakka Language Teachers" has been formulated in accordance with Article 9 of the "Hakka Basic Law."

III. The application deadline for the two implementation plans mentioned above for the year 2019 is January 31, 2020 (postmark date). Late applications will not be accepted. Subsequently, the application deadline for the two implementation plans mentioned above will be October 31st of each year.
