I. According to the press release issued by the Central African Swine Fever Disaster Response Center on December 13, 108 (2019), the FAO weekly report indicated that the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture announced on December 12 of this year that the country had experienced an outbreak of African Swine Fever. Indonesia is the 11th country in the Asian region, following China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Mongolia, Vietnam, Cambodia, North Korea, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, South Korea, and Timor-Leste, to have an outbreak of African Swine Fever. In view of the ongoing spread of African Swine Fever in neighboring Asian countries, it is necessary to raise public awareness of epidemic prevention in order to jointly prevent African Swine Fever from spreading from abroad.
