As the Lunar New Year approaches, all administrative staff of our school are requested to comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations."

Explanation:

1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government's Office of Integrity and Prevention, dated January 14, 109 (2020), document number: 1090000203.

2. As the Lunar New Year period is approaching, all administrative staff of our school are requested to comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "these Regulations").

When encountering gifts, invitations, or requests for favors from individuals with vested interests in your official duties, you should refuse or return them in accordance with these Regulations.

You should then submit a report to the head of the agency and notify the integrity and prevention unit for registration to protect your own rights and interests, and to prevent disputes arising from improper gifts, favors, or social engagements.

3. To deepen colleagues' understanding of the integrity and ethics regulations, all civil servant colleagues are encouraged to utilize the e-Learning Platform for Public Servants (https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php) provided by the Public Service Training and Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan.

Select relevant courses on the digital learning platform:

(1) According to the letter from the Executive Yuan, dated December 19, 105 (2016), document number: 1050062475, starting from January 1, 106 (2017), civil servants in all agencies (organizations) are required to complete 20 hours of learning per person per year.

Of these, 10 hours must be completed in courses related to current government major policies, statutory training, and democratic governance values, with a preference for digital learning.

"Integrity and Service Ethics" is one of the course contents for "Democratic Governance Values." Please utilize the "Integrity and Service Ethics Special Zone" on the aforementioned digital learning platform to select relevant courses in a timely manner.

(2) You can search using "廉政倫理" (Integrity and Ethics) as a keyword, or search by course name for online learning courses produced by the Ministry of Justice's Agency Against Corruption, such as "Three Guards of Integrity, Blocking Favoritism," "Our Country's Integrity Policy," "Basic Knowledge of Public Servant Integrity," "Legal Responsibilities and Case Studies for Public Servants," and "Favoritism vs. Public Service."

4. Attached are one copy each of these Regulations and the Integrity and Ethics Incident Registration Form (as attached).

稱搜尋法務部廉政署製作「廉政三護．阻斷圖利」、

「我國廉政政策」、「公務員廉政基本認知」、「公務

員法律責任及案例說明」及「圖利與便民」等線上學習

課程。
