To inform you about the scope of the avoidance obligation and the definition of the service agency for Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the Act Governing the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest for Public Servants, which states "directors, supervisors, and such personnel representing the government or public shares in private legal persons funded or donated by them" (please refer to the attachment).
