I. To enhance the public's environmental protection awareness, we hope to use drama to promote the four major themes of the Executive Yuan's Environmental Protection Administration: "Clean Air," "Circular Economy," "Improving Water Quality," and "Sustainable Land." These themes will be integrated into the performances to sow the seeds of environmental care in everyone's hearts, thereby maintaining a living environment with blue skies, green land, clear waters, and sustainable health.

II. Event Details:

(I) Event Schedule:

1. Script Submission: From now until April 24, 109 (2020), 12:00 PM.

2. Script Review: By May 5, 109 (2020).

3. Performance Competition: May 16, 109 (2020).

(II) Registration Method:

1. Each participant can only register in one county or city and must submit a letter of commitment at the time of registration. Violators, including participants and their teams, will be disqualified.

2. Participants shall record a trial performance video. It is not necessary to perform the entire play, but a complete performance segment of 3-5 minutes must be recorded. The video should be uploaded to YouTube first. For upload instructions, please refer to https://goo.gl/Po1xw3. Registration and upload deadline is April 24 (Friday) at 12:00 PM.

(III) Drama Workshop: March 29 (Sunday), 109 (2020), from 8:30 AM to 12:40 PM, at Room 1102, 1st Floor, Building 1, Yuan Ze University. Capacity is 30 people. Please register by March 23 on the [Taoyuan City Environmental Education Global Information Network] / [Environmental Education Activities] / [Register Now] page (URL: http://tydep-eew.com.tw/events.php). Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

(IV) Awards:

1. Participation Award: 10 teams whose scripts pass the review and enter the performance competition will each receive NT$5,000 in participation fees and a certificate.

2. Performance Competition Awards:

(1) 1st Place: 1 team, certificate and NT$100,000 in prize money.

(2) 2nd Place: 1 team, certificate and NT$60,000 in prize money.

(3) 3rd Place: 1 team, certificate and NT$40,000 in prize money.

(4) Honorable Mention: 7 teams, certificate and NT$10,000 in prize money.
