Description:

I. In accordance with the letter from Vitalon Social Welfare Charity Foundation, dated February 6, 2020, Ref. No. Wei 109 Wen Hua Zi No. 004.

II. The details of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows:

(I) Participants: Students from public and private elementary and junior high schools.

(II) Competition Categories: Divided into "Elementary School Student Group" and "Junior High School Student Group."

(III) Competition Format: A "Da Hui Gu" (call-and-response) competition format, performed by a pair of two individuals. The main theme is "I Love Learning, I Am Happy." Participants shall define their own topics based on the main theme.
