Regarding the matter of adjusting the organization method and operational schedule for the 109th academic year gifted and talented education (including arts) parent information session for elementary and junior high schools in this city, please read carefully.

| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the resolutions of the 109th academic year elementary and middle school gifted and artistic talent identification meeting in response to the "Severe Infectious Pneumonia" epidemic. |
| II. | In response to the postponement of the start of the second semester of the 108th academic year to February 25, 109, the method and schedule adjustment for the parent information session for the aforementioned identification are as follows: |
| (1) | The parent information session for the elementary and middle school Chinese orchestra gifted identification, originally scheduled for February 21, 109 (Friday), has been rescheduled to February 27, 109 (Thursday) at 7:00 PM at Zhongzhen Elementary School and Fufeng Junior High School. |
| (2) | The parent information sessions for the elementary school general intelligence gifted student identification and the elementary and middle school music, art, and dance gifted student identification, which were originally planned to be held in person, will now be conducted via online presentations and telephone consultations to facilitate parents and students in obtaining sufficient information. |
| III. | Attached is one copy of the revised schedule for the 109th academic year elementary and middle school gifted and artistic talent identification parent information session (including contact information for the organizing schools); the adjusted brochure is posted on the Bureau's website - Latest News section (http://www.tyc.edu.tw). |
