| II. | To encourage visually impaired friends to bravely engage in literary creation and discover more creators, the "7th Hanbang Literary Award" specially sets up a general group and a visually impaired group, continuing to combine the power of cultural and creative industries with public welfare, so that the public can pay more attention to the visually impaired and create beautiful social values. |
