The school is recruiting one security guard. Interested parties should submit their applications from now until 4:00 PM on July 15, 109 (application hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily).

I. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
(1) Citizens of the Republic of China without dual nationality and who do not have any of the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Regulations on the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in the Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools" (employment may be revoked if discovered after employment). Furthermore, according to Article 9 of the said regulations, the heads of agencies are prohibited from employing their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity in their own agencies or affiliated agencies. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity of the heads of agencies at all levels within this agency should avoid employment within their supervisory units. Those who fall under the aforementioned circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.
(2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.
(3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.
(4) Experience: No experience required, but experience as a security guard is preferred.
(5) Upright character, enthusiastic about service, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to comply with school duty hours adjustments.
(6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess response capabilities.
(7) According to Article 77 of the "Act Governing Retirement, Separation, and Survivor Benefits for Public School Faculty and Staff," retired faculty and staff who are approved to receive monthly retirement pensions, either solely or concurrently, and are re-employed in positions funded by government budgets (agencies, institutions, schools, or organizations) and whose monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year, will have their monthly pension payments suspended. To avoid the suspension of monthly pension payments and impact on personal rights due to remuneration exceeding the statutory minimum wage for the current year due to work needs and overtime, please refrain from applying.
II. Salary: Hourly wage system, based on the statutory minimum wage for the current year (NT$158 per hour in 109). Monthly regular salary is approximately NT$27,808. (Self-funded portions for labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension are the responsibility of the employee).
III. Application Deadline: From now until 4:00 PM on July 15, 109. (Application hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily).
IV. Application Method: Application brochures and forms can be downloaded from the announcement area of our school's website (URL: http://www.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw) or picked up at the school's security office. (Please use A4 paper, write "Consistent with the original" in the blank space, and affix your personal seal. Applications will not be returned or acknowledged by mail.) After filling out the forms, please submit the following documents and certificates in person to the Affairs Section of the General Affairs Office at our school (No. 2, Juguang St., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City). No one else may submit the application materials on your behalf.
(1) Application form (please attach one recent 2-inch half-body photograph taken within the last 3 months).
(2) Photocopy of both sides of your National Identification Card.
(3) Photocopy of your highest educational qualification certificate.
(4) Resume/Autobiography [as attached] (including personal education and work experience, family situation, skills, personality and interests, nature of previous positions held, and self-expectations for this role, etc.).
(5) Affidavit.
(6) Military service information (for males only; exempt if not applicable).
(7) Other relevant materials that may be beneficial for the selection process (e.g., proof of work experience, relevant professional licenses, etc.).
V. Selection Method and Date:
Applicants whose qualifications and experience meet the school's requirements after initial review will be notified by phone after 5:00 PM on July 15, 109, to attend the second round of selection at 3:00 PM on July 16, 109. (Second round assessment: Oral interview accounts for 40%, on-site traffic control assessment accounts for 30%). Please bring your original identification documents (or a valid driver's license, health insurance card, or passport) and highest educational diploma for verification during the interview.
