I. Project Schedule:
(1) Submission Period: May 1 to June 15, 2020.
(2) Evaluation Period: June 22 to June 30, 2020.
(3) Announcement of Submission Results: Early July 2020.
(4) Submission Deadline: June 15, 2020 (Monday) at 16:00 (for registered mail, postmark will be the proof).
II. This submission activity is open to teachers of public elementary and junior high schools in this city. Each team can have a maximum of four participants (inter-school collaboration is allowed).
III. Awards for this project:
(1) Top Excellence Award: 2 cases, each awarded NT$5,000 in manuscript fees, one commendation, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credit will be averaged by the number of authors).
(2) Excellence Award: 3 cases, each awarded NT$3,750 in manuscript fees, one certificate of merit, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credit will be averaged by the number of authors).
(3) Meritorious Award: 5 cases, each awarded NT$3,000 in manuscript fees, one certificate of merit, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credit will be averaged by the number of authors), as a form of encouragement.
(4) The awarding of academic credits mentioned above will be handled in accordance with the "Review Guidelines for Academic Credit for Research and Publications by Educational Personnel in Senior and Secondary Schools in Taoyuan City"; manuscript fees will be calculated based on the actual word count of the lesson plans. The amounts listed above are the maximum manuscript fees for each award, handled in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Issuance of Attendance and Manuscript Fees by Central Government Agencies and Schools."
