Educational training courses for the "109th Year First Half Parent-Teacher Information Integration Platform" system

I. The Bureau's "Student-Parent-Teacher Information Integration Platform" refers to the Single Authentication Authorization Platform (hereinafter referred to as Single Authentication), the Taoyuan City Elementary and Junior High School Cloud Academic Affairs Integration System (hereinafter referred to as Cloud Academic Affairs), the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal (hereinafter referred to as Development Portal), and the Student-Parent-Teacher Information Management System (hereinafter referred to as Information System). The functions are summarized as follows:
(I) Single Authentication: Provides the Bureau and its affiliated municipal schools with application for official accounts and adjustments, automated system management delegation, city-wide or school-specific document storage, learning website special zones, system FAQ inquiries, integrated system administrator permission settings, system role setting inquiries, unified system code maintenance, and other functions.
(II) Cloud Academic Affairs: Provides management of student academic affairs for faculty and staff of municipal elementary and junior high schools in the city, including new student enrollment, class assignment, scheduling, grades, teacher course assignments, transfers, graduations, attendance, rewards and punishments, service learning, counseling, etc., and adds interactive communication functions between students' parents and homeroom teachers, the academic affairs office, and the counseling office.
(III) Development Portal: Provides management of activities, training student cards, data, and campus recruitment for public and private schools of all levels in the city. Student data can be interfaced with the Education Cloud OpenID application and provides interactive functions between municipal elementary and junior high schools and parents. General public can also use the recruitment function to apply online and submit electronic resumes after creating an account.
(IV) Information System: Provides charts and graphs of various statistical information for managed municipal elementary and junior high schools, student progress information, dashboards, and various statistical reports.
II. To enhance the familiarity of school faculty and staff with system operations, a total of 8 online training courses will be held (as detailed in the figure below). Please choose a session based on your job nature. Registration will close at 5:00 PM the day before each training session, and no further registrations will be accepted once capacity is reached.
III. Please register on the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal (Website: https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx). The organizing unit is the Information and Education Technology Section.
IV. This training will be conducted remotely online. Online courses will be held at irregular intervals during the event period, and attendance will be taken multiple times instead of a formal sign-in/out. Participants who do not complete system registration and online attendance checks will not be granted training hours.
