For your information, regarding the Ministry of Education's request to borrow 2 teachers for the 109 academic year to handle pre-service teacher education and teacher professional development.

Details:
1. In accordance with the "Principles for Borrowing Teachers by the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies from Senior Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" and the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Shi (3) Zi No. 1090063456 dated April 30, 109.

2. To handle pre-service teacher education and teacher professional development, the Ministry of Education will borrow 2 outstanding teachers for the 109 academic year to serve in administrative roles at the Ministry. Details are as follows:
(1) Teacher Qualifications:
1. Full-time, tenured teachers with formal qualifications from public senior secondary schools (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience. Priority will be given to those with educational administration experience and those who have participated in teacher professional development evaluations.
3. Enthusiastic and responsible individuals with a passion for teaching and administrative work.
4. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
5. Must not have been subject to any criminal disciplinary action or administrative penalties.
(2) The borrowing period is from August 1, 109, to July 31, 110. Good performance may lead to an extension, limited to 2 years. If there is a need for an extended borrowing period, it may be extended for up to an additional 3 years.
(3) Service Location: Department of Teacher Education and Arts Education, Ministry of Education (12th Floor, No. 5, Xuzhou Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).
(4) Duties: To handle matters related to pre-service teacher education and teacher professional development. Work assignments will be made after selection.
(5) Other matters will be handled in accordance with the attached principles and relevant regulations.
