To inform that civil servants of various agencies who voluntarily adjust to a lower position due to childcare leave, when returning to their original position or a position in the same promotion sequence after the leave, are exempt from the selection process and are not restricted by Article 12, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 8 of the Civil Service Promotion Act.
