Description:
I. In accordance with the Implementation Guidelines for the National Education Guidance Group of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau.
II. Application period: From now until June 12, 2020.
III. The summary of the counselor selection process is as follows (for details, please refer to the attachment):
(I) Reappointed Counselors: Principals who convene the guidance group may give priority to recommending counselors with excellent service for reappointment. Counselors shall submit the application form and the consent form from their service school to the Bureau for processing. The convenor group will then report the review results to the Bureau by June 30, 2020.
(II) New Counselors:
1. Qualification Review: The Bureau will conduct the qualification review. Applicants whose submitted materials are deemed qualified will be notified by each group to participate in the second review.
2. Second Review: Each guidance group will invite scholars, experts in various fields (topics), and education administrators to form a selection committee to conduct a written review. The method of review will be determined based on professional needs. The second review period is from July 1 to July 10, 2020. Applicants shall attend the second review at the time and place designated by the guidance group. The guidance group will report the results of the second review to the Bureau by July 15, 2020.
IV. Announcement of Results: After the selection process is completed and the list of successful candidates is confirmed, it will be announced on the website of the National Education Guidance Group of this city.
V. Each person is limited to applying for one field (topic) guidance group and cannot apply for multiple fields.
VI. Please mail the relevant application forms by registered mail to: "15th Floor, No. 1, County Government Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330206, Attn: Junior High Education Section, Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau". Please also note "Application for Taoyuan City National Education Guidance Group Counselor" in the blank space of the envelope. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted.
