I. To enhance the professional ability of lunch-related personnel in identifying ingredients, encourage schools to procure directly from origins, obtain traceable ingredients from community organic and friendly farming, and establish a mutual understanding between schools and community agriculture, thereby strengthening the supply chain between rural production areas and schools, this seminar is hereby organized.
II. Seminar information is as follows:
(I) Dates:
1. First session: August 10, 2020 (Monday), 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
2. Second session: August 11, 2020 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
(II) Location: National Luodong Commercial and Industrial Vocational High School and Xingjian Organic Farm, Sanxing Township, Yilan County.
(III) Participants: School teachers, lunch coordinators, cooks, ingredient receivers, and other relevant personnel. Each session is limited to 50 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis.

IV. Please refer to the attachment for the seminar curriculum and registration method. Attendees of this event will be granted official (business) leave by your school according to its authority.
V. The epidemic prevention precautions for this seminar are as follows:
(I) Individuals who are under home quarantine, home isolation, self-health management, or have respiratory infectious symptoms (including fever or cough) are kindly requested not to attend.
(II) During the event, please maintain social distancing or wear a mask, and comply with the latest regulations announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center.
