Description:
1. In accordance with the Bureau's letter No. 1090049154 dated June 10, 109.
2. The details of the aforementioned workshop are summarized as follows:
(1) Workshop dates: July 20, 109 (Monday) to July 24, 109 (Friday), a total of 5 days (36 hours).
(2) Workshop location: Audiovisual classroom of Xinguang Elementary School in this city (Address: No. 196, Zhongzheng Road, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City).
(3) Eligibility for registration (meeting any one of the following 5 criteria is sufficient, and must be over 18 years old):
1. Those who hold a Hakka language teaching support staff certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 (or commissioned by the Ministry of Education in this city in 97) and are still willing to pursue further education to obtain the re-certification qualification in this city.
2. Those who hold an intermediate-advanced Hakka language proficiency certificate from the Hakka Affairs Council.
3. Those who are enrolled in a "Hakka Language Graduate Institute" at a domestic university and hold a graduation certificate or completion certificate from the university (institute).
4. Retired teachers from public and private senior high schools and below in this city (including public kindergartens) who have proof of attending more than 72 hours of Hakka language-related workshops during their tenure in 91.
5. Current teachers in public and private senior high schools and below in this city (including public kindergartens) who present their teacher's certificate and proof of attending more than 72 hours of beginner and intermediate Hakka language workshops after 91.
3. Registration and qualification review methods and dates: Prepare all relevant documents (details in the attached implementation plan), and register by choosing one of the following methods.
(1) Mail registration: From now until July 2, 109 (Thursday), postmark as proof. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please bring the original supporting documents for verification during the first class.
(2) In-person (or delegated) registration: From 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM on July 2, 109 (Thursday), at the Academic Affairs Office of Xinguang Elementary School for qualification review.
4. Maximum number of participants: 100 people (In principle, residents of this city will be given priority for admission based on the order of registration. If there are remaining spots, residents from other counties and cities will be open for registration until full).
5. Schools are requested to grant leave (business trip) to teachers with teaching duties or teaching support staff.
6. During the workshop, all participants must implement personal protective measures (wash hands frequently, wear masks when social distancing cannot be maintained). Relevant epidemic prevention measures will be adjusted in a timely manner in accordance with the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center.
