Description:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Judicial Academy dated June 18, 2020, No. 1090000903.
2. To promote judicial reform, strengthen cooperation with teachers from all levels of schools, and revitalize civics and law curriculum lesson plans, the Judicial Academy is organizing the aforementioned seminar. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Seminar dates: August 10, 2020, to August 14, 2020, for a total of 5 days.
(2) Location: Judicial Academy (4th Floor, Room 401, No. 103, Fuguo Road, Shilin District, Taipei City). Accommodation will be provided for seminar participants from schools outside of Keelung, Taipei, and New Taipei City.
(3) Eligibility: This seminar is limited to junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school teachers who have previously attended the introductory course of the "Junior and Senior High School Teacher Law Education Seminar" held by the Academy from 2017 to March 2020. Those who have already attended the advanced course are requested not to re-register for this advanced course.
(4) Registration period and method: From 9:00 AM on July 8, 2020, to 5:00 PM on July 10, 2020. Interested participants should register directly by clicking on "Judicial Academy Seminar Registration" on the homepage of the Judicial Academy website. 40 participants will be accepted, with 10 on the waiting list. 3. The list of accepted participants will be announced on the Judicial Academy website before July 24, 2020, and will be individually notified by email by the Academy. Official training documents will not be mailed separately. For pre-course communication, please ensure you provide a correct email address and contact phone number during registration.
4. For teachers attending the seminar, the Judicial Academy will grant learning hour certification based on class attendance and upload it to the National Professional Development of Teachers Information Network.
