Details:
1. To encourage colleagues to prioritize their health management and undergo regular health check-ups, the Taoyuan City Government has actively negotiated discount health check programs with regional hospitals or higher-level medical institutions in the city to provide diverse options for colleagues.

2. Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung Medical Foundation, and 4 other medical institutions have agreed to provide discount health check programs. The relevant details are as follows:
(1) Health Check Programs:
1. Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung Medical Foundation: Offers health check programs at NT$16,000 and NT$18,000.
2. St. Paul's Hospital, Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary Medical Foundation: Offers 5 health check programs at NT$3,500, NT$7,000, NT$8,000, NT$12,000, and NT$16,000.
3. Taoyuan Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Cheng-Sheng General Hospital, Cheng-Ai Medical Foundation, and Min-Sheng General Hospital: Each offers 3 health check programs at NT$3,500, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.
(2) Eligible Participants: Colleagues from all agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government (including civil servants, contract employees, technicians, workers, drivers, sanitation workers, survey assistants, and temporary staff), with no age restrictions.
(3) Discount Period: Except for the discount program at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung Medical Foundation, which is valid from now until December 31, 2020, the discount programs at other medical institutions are valid until December 31, 2021.
(4) Other Matters: To participate in the aforementioned discount programs, please make an appointment with the designated medical institution in advance and comply with their epidemic prevention measures.
