Regarding the Ministry of Personnel's letter stating that personnel who passed the digital forensics group of the second-level examination for the Special Examination for Civil Servants, General Police Personnel, were determined by the Ministry and the Examination Yuan to be applicable to the Information Processing occupational category in accordance with Note 6 of the "Table of Correspondence between Examination Categories and Occupational Categories for Personnel Who Passed Examinations in Accordance with the Law." This was jointly announced by the Ministry of Personnel and the Examination Yuan on August 3, 109 (2020) with the decrees "Ministry of Personnel, Department of Law, No. 10949569012" and "Examination Yuan, Examination Regulations No. 10900032591."

Regarding the Ministry of Personnel's letter stating that individuals who passed the digital forensics group of the second-level examination for general police officers in the special examination for civil servants, after being recognized by the Ministry and the Examination Yuan as applicable to the Information Processing occupational category according to Note 6 of the "Table for Matching Examination Categories of Persons Who Passed Examinations According to Law to Occupational Categories," have been jointly issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Examination Yuan on August 3, 2020, with the decrees numbered "Bu Fa San Zi Di 10949569012" and "Xuan Gui Yi Zi Di 10900032591" respectively.
Explanation: This is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Personnel's letter dated August 3, 2020, numbered "Bu Fa San Zi Di 10949583572," with one copy of the original letter and its attachments enclosed.
