The "Key Points for the Ministry of Education's Pilot Program to Subsidize Qualified Teachers to Teach in Schools in Friendly New Southbound Countries" were formulated and promulgated by the Ministry of Education on July 27, 109 (Republic of China calendar). Attached are one copy of the promulgation order and one copy of the amended regulations.
