Seventh Grade Health Check Notes

1.New Student Health Check Time:September 3rd (Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.月3日（星期四）上午8:00~16:00。

2.Health Check Hospital: China Medical University Hospital.

3. On September 3rd (Thursday),月3日（星期四）please wear sportswear for the health check. Please pay attention to your class's scheduled check-in time.運動服，請注意自己班級檢查的時間。

4. If you need to be absent on September 3rd,please notify the health center in advance.

5.Assembly Point:First floor of the Zhongzheng Hall.Enter through the stairs near the podium.靠近司令台Arrange yourselves by student ID number, with boys in one line and girls in another.

            女生一排。

6.Check-up Items: Assemble on the first floor → Urine test first → Report to the third floor → Waist measurement → Complete all other checks in order → Health education and final assessment.

           檢查→衛教總評。

7.Please have the teacher of the current class accompany the students for the check-up. The class monitor and discipline officer are responsible for maintaining order.該節任課老師隨班陪同學受檢，班長及風紀股長維持班上秩序。
