| II. | Target patients for the special outpatient clinic: |
| (1) | Individuals with severe emotional and behavioral problems, such as self-harm, harm to others, or adjustment issues at school or home (excluding behavioral problems that are merely violations of rules). |
| (2) | Cases with mental illness, autism, intellectual disability, or multiple disabilities, who hold a disability handbook. |
