To inform you of the Civil Service Bureau's order: Non-established teaching staff in public schools at all levels who hold concurrent administrative positions shall also be subject to the Civil Service Act and the Civil Service Neutrality Act by analogy for their concurrent administrative duties.

轉知銓敘部令釋：各級公立學校兼任行政職務之編制外教學人員，就其兼任之行政職務，亦適用公務員服務法及準用公務人員行政中立法規定。
說明：
一、依銓敘部109年8月19日部法一字第10949640892號函辦理，並附原函及相關附件影本各1份。
二、銓敘部考量各級公立學校兼任行政職務之教師，就其兼任之行政職務所應承擔之相關責任，不因其本職教師進用方式不同而有區別，爰自旨揭令釋發布之日起，各級公立學校兼任行政職務之編制外教學人員，就其兼任之行政職務，亦適用公務員服務法及準用公務人員行政中立法規定，並允宜於聘約中明定，以資周妥。
