Attached is the recruitment brochure for the 109th "Training Class for Principals and Directors of Primary and Secondary Schools on Management Competencies" by the College of Continuing Education, National Changhua University of Education (postponed to September 27th).

Details:
I. To enhance the professional intelligence of primary and secondary school directors and principals in school administration and leadership, renowned scholars and principals in the education field have been specially invited as lecturers.
They will provide diverse educational perspectives on current developments and expertise to deepen their management competencies as directors and principals.
This course is planned around three main themes: "School Management under the Trends of 12-Year Basic Education," "Professional Competencies of Principals and Directors," and "Mock Examinations."
It also includes an "Innovative Education Dialogue Forum" and a "Final Comprehensive Discussion" at the opening and closing ceremonies to strengthen examination skills through multifaceted learning.
II. Target Audience: Current teachers planning to participate in the selection for primary and secondary school principals and directors are welcome to register.
III. Course Duration: From September 27, 109th year of the Republic of China (1945) to December 27th (a total of 14 days, 83 hours. Please refer to the brochure for actual class dates).
IV. Course Fee: NT$28,000 per person.

V. Registration Period: Registration is accepted from now until September 20, 109th year of the Republic of China (1945) (Sunday).
