| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1090093455A dated September 10, 109, from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education. |
| II. | Competition schedule: |
| (1) | Preliminary rounds: Thursday, October 29, 109, held at Taipei School for the Hearing Impaired, Taichung School for the Hearing Impaired, and National Tainan University Affiliated School for the Hearing Impaired (Xinhua Campus). |
| (2) | National finals: Wednesday and Thursday, December 23-24, 109, held at National Tainan University Affiliated School for the Hearing Impaired (Xinhua Campus). |
| III. | Competition information can be found on the "21st National Mandarin Chinese Competition for the Hearing Impaired Platform" (http://language.aide.edu.tw/).
