| I. | In accordance with the letter from National Tainan University dated September 14, 2020, No. Nanda Shixunzi No. 1090014887. |
| II. | The details of the workshop are as follows: |
| (1) | Workshop Time: |
| 1. | Phase 1: October 31, 2020 to December 5, 2020. |
| 2. | Phase 2: December 6, 2020 to January 10, 2021 (tentative). |
| 3. | Phase 3: March 6, 2021 to May 8, 2021 (tentative). |
| (2) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Current qualified teachers in public and private high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens (priority for classes with visually impaired students). |
| 2. | Qualified special education teachers (encouraged to attend the summer 20-credit specialized program for the visually impaired). |
| 3. | Current substitute teachers in special education classes. |
| (3) | Workshop Location: Classroom R112, Boai Building, National Taiwan Normal University (refer to the course schedule for details). |
| III. | Leave for participants during the workshop period shall be handled by their respective schools in accordance with the "Teacher Leave Regulations" and other relevant regulations, and shall be processed with due authority. |
