The Civil Service Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") is organizing the "2020 Civil Service Governance and System Reform - Digital Operations Trends and Public Human Resource Development" International Academic Conference. All colleagues are welcome to register and participate.

1. In accordance with the Institute's official letter No. Ren Fa Zhuan Zi Di 1090200247 dated September 24, 109 (2020), and with one copy of the original letter (including attachments) attached.

2. To strengthen academic exchange and cooperation, grasp the development trends of public human resources, and enhance the effectiveness of in-service training for civil servants, the Institute is organizing this conference. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Theme: Civil Service Governance and System Reform - Digital Operations Trends and Public Human Resource Development.
(2) Time: October 23, 109 (2020) (Friday), from 10:30 AM to 2:50 PM.
(3) Target Audience: Civil servants from central and local government agencies under the Executive Yuan, and those interested in the conference topics mentioned above.
(4) Location: Everlasting Hotel Tainan (Taisugar) (No. 1, Alley 336, Section 3, Zhonghua East Road, East District, Tainan City).

3. Registration Method: Complete online registration by Friday, October 16th. The capacity is 50 people, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit the Institute's official website

click on "Individual Student Registration", find "'2020 Civil Service Governance and System Reform - Digital Operations Trends and Public Human Resource Development' International Academic Conference", click "I want to register", confirm your personal information and meal preferences (e.g., vegetarian), click "Save" to complete the online registration. Those who cannot complete the online registration in time can also register on-site on the day of the event. Participants who complete the registration and attend the entire event
will be granted 4 hours of learning certification.
