The school is recruiting 1 security guard (holders of disability certificates are preferred). Interested parties should submit their applications from now until November 5, 109th year of the Republic of China (ROC) at 4 PM. (Application hours: 8 AM to 4 PM daily).

A summary of important application matters is as follows. For detailed information and the application form, please refer to the attached brochure.

I. Application eligibility requirements are as follows:
(1) Citizens of the Republic of China with no dual nationality and who do not have any of the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Regulations on the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools" (employment may be revoked if discovered after hiring). Furthermore, according to Article 9 of the said regulations, agency heads are prohibited from employing their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity in their own agency or its affiliated agencies. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity of the heads of each level of management within this agency must avoid employment within their supervisory units. Those who fall under the aforementioned circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.
(2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.
(3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.
(4) Experience: No experience required, but experience as a security guard is preferred.
(5) Upright character, enthusiastic about service, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.
(6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess problem-solving skills.
(7) Holders of disability certificates (valid period required) are preferred.
(8) According to Article 77 of the "Act Governing Retirement, Separation, and Survivor Benefits for Public School Faculty and Staff," retired faculty and staff who are approved to receive or concurrently receive monthly retirement pay and are re-employed in positions funded by government budgets (agencies, institutions, schools, or organizations) and whose monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year shall have their monthly retirement pay suspended. To avoid the suspension of monthly retirement pay due to overtime work that causes the total remuneration to exceed the statutory minimum wage for the current year, which may affect the individual's rights and interests, please refrain from applying.


II. Salary: Hourly wage system, based on the statutory minimum wage for the current year (NT$158 per hour in 109th year of ROC). Monthly regular salary is approximately NT$27,808. (Self-funded portions for labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension are the responsibility of the employee).


III. Application Period: From now until November 5, 109th year of ROC, 4 PM. (Application hours: 8 AM to 4 PM daily).


IV. Application Method: The application brochure and form are attached. Please download them yourself or pick up a hard copy from the school's security office. (Please use A4 paper, write "Matches the original" in the blank space, and affix your personal seal. Submitted documents will not be returned or replied to). After filling out the form, please submit it in person along with the following documents and certificates to the General Affairs Office, Affairs Section of our school (No. 2, Juguang St., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City). No proxies are allowed to submit application materials.
(1) Application form (please attach a recent 2-inch half-body photo taken within the last 3 months).
(2) Photocopy of both sides of your National ID card.
(3) Photocopy of your highest academic qualification certificate.
(4) Disability certificate (must be within its validity period) (exempt if not applicable).
(5) Resume/Autobiography [as attached] (content should include personal academic and work experience, family situation, skills, personality and interests, nature of previous positions held, and self-expectations for this role, etc.).
(6) Affidavit.
(7) Military service information (for males only, exempt if not applicable).
(8) Other relevant materials that may be beneficial for the selection process (e.g., proof of work experience, relevant professional licenses, etc.).
◎ All of the above materials must be submitted at the time of application.

V. Selection Method and Date:

Applicants whose qualifications and academic/work experience meet the school's requirements after the initial review will be notified by phone between 4 PM and 5 PM on November 5, 109th year of ROC, to attend the second round of interviews at 2:00 PM on November 6, 109th year of ROC. [Second round interviewees must arrive on time. Those who are 10 minutes or more late will be considered to have forfeited their right to the interview.] (Interview components: Oral interview 40%, on-site traffic control 30%). Please bring original identification documents (or a valid driver's license, health insurance card, or passport) and your highest academic graduation certificate for verification during the interview. These will be returned after verification.
